Rainy day
I talked to Jolee over MSN this morning, I told her how I longed for mom's call. In fact, it will be really nice to receive her call suddenly... I don't know why. Guess I'll be really excited throughout the day if she calls. haha!
Then I left home for EAST. On my way to EAST, I received a call from Jim. Well, I didn't expect he would call. Tho' it's only a 5 min talk, I was so excited about it. There was a "fire drill" at EAST, I thought it was a drill but then I realised some naughty students pulled the alarm. Aiya~ They're in serious trouble now cuz they may be suspended. Um... My kids were happy this morning with the role-playing. They're excited despite the frequent interruptions.
I bought a bottle of cranberry juice (Everfresh)... um.... something's missing... didn't taste nice at all. I wish I could find that "something"... um... :P
Then met Yumiko for the research project. It's fun...she's trying to correct my Japanese, trying to make it native-like. It's difficult... cuz of the interference from my English/Cantonese, or even my voice quality. Yumiko is a smart, courageous Japanese girl. I admire her. I'm sure she can attain her dreams!!!
Had a short coffee hour with Yoko. We went to McHappy's again. hahah She's started writing an online journal. Great Great! She hasn't sent me her link yet cuz it's still under-construction. She's been working on it over the weekend. hahah.
Then came back, made my "veggie rice"... and now.... sleepy again...
